  • Sharp cheddar cheese: 120 g (1 cup), shredded
  • Whole milk: 120 ml (½ cup)
  • Sour cream: 120 ml (½ cup)
  • Unsalted butter: 115 g (½ cup), cold and cubed
  • Egg: 1 large
  • All-purpose flour: 250 g (2 cups)
  • Baking powder: 2 tsp
  • Baking soda: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp

Instructions
