Ingredients
- Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar cubed 120 g (4 oz) gouda cubed 120 g (4 oz) brie sliced into wedges
- Charcuterie (optional for vegetarian): 100 g (3.5 oz) salami thinly sliced 100 g (3.5 oz) prosciutto thinly sliced
- Fresh Vegetables: 1 cup sugar snap peas 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup cucumber sliced
- Fresh Fruits: 1 cup red grapes 1 cup green grapes 1/2 pomegranate seeds only 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds 1/2 cup pistachios (shelled) 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
- Crackers & Dips: 1 box assorted crackers 1/2 cup hummus 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
Instructions
- Step 1:
