- Cheese: 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons (15 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Toppings: 1/2 cup (80 g) dill pickle slices, patted dry, 2 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat), 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- Finishing: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional), Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- Prepare Dough:
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch (30 cm) round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Add Sauce & Cheese:
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. Spread pizza sauce or ranch evenly, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add Toppings:
- Arrange dill pickle slices, jalapeño slices, and red onion evenly on top. Finish with grated Parmesan.
- Bake:
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Finish & Serve:
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle with fresh dill and crushed red pepper flakes, if using. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
