# Step-by-Step Guide:
01 - Lightly toast the brioche slices until golden for additional flavor, if desired.
02 - Spread mayonnaise evenly over one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four bread slices, layer cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, optional cheddar cheese, and baby spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Place thinly sliced red onion over the layered ingredients.
