Ingredients

  • Fillings: 200 g cooked turkey breast, sliced (can use leftover or deli turkey), 4 tbsp cranberry sauce, 100 g cooked stuffing (store-bought or homemade), 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Vegetables: 1 small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves, 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Butter: 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

Step 1:
Lightly toast the brioche slices until golden (optional for extra flavor)
Step 2:
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice
Step 3:
