Ingredients

  • Chocolate: 300 g high-quality dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa), chopped
  • Nuts & Seeds: 50 g roasted pistachios, roughly chopped 50 g roasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • Dried Fruits: 40 g dried apricots, diced 30 g dried figs, diced 20 g golden raisins
  • Spices & Garnishes: 1/2 tsp ground cardamom 1/4 tsp sea salt flakes Edible gold leaf or rose petals (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2:
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (double boiler), stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
Step 3:
Stir in the ground cardamom.
Step 4:
